Our sweet boy has passed away. Called Sticky for his constant presence, he was the most gentle and patient boy. Pre-deceased by his "twin", fellow Beige-Brother, Nova.
We'll miss you, buddy, and the garden will never be the same.

ReplyDeleteThank you. He was my husband's shadow. They did the garden together, built stone walls together, and changed the oil in the car together. DH will really miss him, as will we all.

I'm so sorry for your loss, Remy. It's hard to lose a pet - they're an essential part of the family. You just have to think of the good times (and the happy life I'm sure he had).

ReplyDeleteThank you. He and his brother, Nova, were with us for so very long that I still expect to see their sweet little faces every day. Yellow/beige colored cats have wonderful temperaments, and our Beige Brothers were splendid old boys. I know Sticky missed Nova, who died last year, but now they're together again wherever God has good cats spend eternity.
